Who We Are
Our Audiologist, Floyd E. Milner, has been providing audiological/hearing aid services in the Inland Empire, predominantly Riverside, for more than 35 years. He opened his private practice, Associated Specialists in Hearing Disorders/Hearing Aids(ASHDHA) in 1999 in Riverside.
ASHDHA’s mission is to provide a competent, professional, reliable, honest, and caring service to all patients referred for their hearing health care needs.The physiological, psychological, emotional, communicative, as well as, the social effects can not be over looked. Hearing loss is considered a serious healh problem.
We are a full-service audiology and hearing aid practice with dedicated, experienced hearing professionals who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their hearing health. We work together the medical community to serve your entire family for all of your hearing health care needs in all stages of life.
Our Audiologist believes in providing comprehensive hearing health care services to our patients in a friendly, family oriented, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best hearing improvement possible.

Floyd E. Milner
Audiologist
Floyd has been an audiologist/hearing aid dispenser in the Inland Empire for over 35 years. He received a Bachelors of Science in Communicative Disorders with a minor in Biology/Psychology in 1977, Masters of Science in Audiology in 1979 and subsequently obtained his Doctor of Clinical Audiology certification. He was licensed by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance, Speech Pathology and Audiology division in 1980.

Hearing Aid Dispenser
Eugene Milner has been our staff California licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser for the past eight years. He has experience in fitting hearing instruments on all ages. Eugene enjoys getting the report from his patients regarding how much better they are hearing with their hearing aids.
